How to get started with FlightBridge at your FBO


Getting started is easy! Download and fill out our simple FBO Setup Form. Email the completed form to support@flightbridge.com

FlightBridge will help your team track your arrivals, departures and electronically book various services attached to a flight including hotels (with your preferred rates), rental cars, ground transportation, catering, etc. As you know, that is a time consuming process that requires repeating the same information to multiple vendors over the phone, which increases the risk for errors. Errors and wasted time are only magnified when there are changes or cancellations to flights, which happens ALL of the time.

Setup and Onboarding Process

  1. Download and fill out our simple FBO Setup Form to get your preferred hotels, catering companies, rental car brands, and limousine providers loaded into your FBO account. Email the completed form to support@flightbridge.com

  2. Once the setup form is received, our Setup Team will begin loading your preferred providers and pre-negotiated rates. General Timeline for FlightBridge New FBO Setup:

        Week 1 -  Initiate Hotel Pre-Negotiated Rates Setup
                        Catering and Ground Transportation Setup 
                        Schedule Team Training 

        Week 2 -  Preferred Rental Car Provider Setup
                        Continue Hotel Pre-Negotiated Rates Setup

        Weeks 3 & 4 - Finalize Hotel Pre-Negotiated Rates Setup

Note: You will receive emails from hotelsetup@flightbridge.com addressed to your preferred hotel properties. Please "reply all" to these emails with a message that your FBO is indeed working with FlightBridge and would like to have your rate displaying as soon as possible.

Note: The webinar training session typically lasts about an hour and should leave you and the team with enough knowledge to begin using FlightBridge either as a booking tool with your existing system or as a full concierge product that integrates with your invoicing concierge system.

Anyone who will be using FlightBridge is urged to join, though we understand that it may be difficult to get everyone together due to operational need. Some FBOs that encounter this issue, select one or two team members to attend the training and lead the rest of the team as they start using FlightBridge.
