Searching and Reporting on Booking Orders - FBO Users

Real-time reporting access to FBO arranged Booking Orders

FBOs can easily generate and download their FBO arranged booking orders within FlightBridge.

Searching Booking Orders

You can look up previous booking orders by selecting Reservations > Search Orders from the blue menu bar.

On the Search Orders screen, you can filter by:

  • Date Range
  • Order Type (multi-select option)
  • Vendor Status (multi-select option)
  • Airport

Select Search to generate the booking orders.

Note: Longer date parameters may require adjusting the search time frame to monthly or quarterly segments, depending on the number of bookings being returned.

Once the search is complete, you can type in the traveler's name or other data in the Find in results field. As you type, the options that do not contain matching data will filter out automatically.

Select a booking order to view the details and request history.

Download Booking Orders

Once your search returns the results you are looking for, you can select  to generate a .csv report. Additional fields will be included in the download report such as check in/out dates, room type, tail number, and more. Also, any negotiated discount rates selected at the time of booking will be displayed on the download report for your review.
