Follow the steps in this article to successfully move an existing catering or car service order from an active or canceled reservation to another reservation on your schedule.
Note: The need to move orders onto another reservation tends to occur when duplicate reservations exist for the same Aircraft reservation.
- From the reservation schedule, click on the order you wish to move.
- When the reservation opens, locate the order that you would like to move to another reservation. Once located, you can click Edit under Actions or click on the confirmation number.
- Scroll down on the Service Request screen where you will find a gear icon. Click on the drop down arrow and select Move service to another reservation.
- A screen will appear listing all of the upcoming reservations you can move the order to. To narrow down your reservation list, you can utilize the Search Tail & Trip # field. Click
once you select the appropriate reservation from the list.
