Moving a Hotel or Rental Car Booking - FBO Users

FBO Users can move a hotel or rental car booking from an active or canceled reservation to another reservation

Follow the steps in this article to successfully move an existing hotel or rental car booking from an active or canceled reservation to another reservation on your schedule.

Note: The need to move bookings onto another reservation tends to occur when duplicate reservations exist for the same Aircraft reservation. 

  1. From the reservation schedule, click on the booking you wish to move.


  2. When the reservation opens, locate the booking that you would like to move to another reservation. Once located, you can click Edit under Actions or click on the confirmation number.


  3. Ensure the checkbox is selected next to the customer name and verify the correct booking is selected. Click .


  4. A screen will appear listing all of the upcoming reservations you can move the booking to. If there are no matching reservations or to narrow down the list, you can utilize the search by tail number field. Click  once you have selected the appropriate reservation from the list.
