The NetJets Real-Time API Integration connects NetJets flight activity directly to FlightBridge, providing real-time visibility into flight schedules and updates. This integration is designed to improve accuracy, reduce manual updates, and give users faster access to the most current operational information.

What Is the NetJets Real-Time API Integration?

This integration is a secure, automated connection between NetJets and FlightBridge that continuously syncs flight data. Schedule changes are reflected automatically in FlightBridge without the need for manual updates.
 

How it works 

• Live NetJets data: NetJets sends real-time reservations and status updates through a secure API, and these flow into your Flightbridge account.
   
• Automatic updates: Once enabled, FlightBridge automatically updates reservations as changes occur, reducing manual work and improving accuracy.
   
• Change History: Select the clock icon with the backwards green arrow on a reservation to view updates made by the NetJets real-time feed.
  • Reservation Indicators:
    • Linked Trip Icon: The Linked Trip Icon will display on all reservations generated from the NetJets integration.
    • Yellow Highlight: Reservation will be highlighted to indicate a new or updated reservation requiring review. Selecting the reservation removes the highlight.
       

Accessing the Integration in FlightBridge

NetJets real-time schedule data is accessed through your FlightBridge Concierge Schedule. All FBOs that want to have visibility of their NetJets reservations will need a login to access their FlightBridge account.

Starting the 2nd quarter of 2026, NetJets real-time reservation data will appear automatically when you log in to your FBO FlightBridge account.

Many FlightBridge-integrated software partners have enhanced their platforms to support the NetJets real-time feed. Integrated systems that support this feed flow from FlightBridge into their systems are outlined below.

Integrated Software Partners Not Yet Supporting the NetJets Feed

The following partners do not currently support the NetJets feed from FlightBridge and into their existing software integration:

• total fbo (Next-Gen)
• FBO One
• X-1FBO
• SIGnet
• JetStream

If your FBO uses one of the unsupported systems listed above, you can still access the NetJets real-time feed by logging directly into FlightBridge. Once these invoicing software partners complete their enhancements, FlightBridge will enable NetJets reservations to be delivered directly from FlightBridge and into your integrated system.
