Operator custom schedule views are designed to display various columns containing trip information populated by scheduling system integration. Some accounts may wish to display columns with data that is not passed or captured through integration. The custom text field allows users to add, display and sort on custom text that is entered manually on the schedule view.
Create Custom Column
- From the Setup menu
- Select Schedules Setup
- Select the Schedule you wish to add the column to
- Scroll to the bottom and on the right under Add Column, open the Column to Add drop down and select Text 1 (or Text 2, Text 3)
- Add your sort order to place the column in the order you wish to see it displayed on the schedule view
- Name your column header under “Override column name”
- Select Add Column
- Save

Populate Column Text
Click in the space under the column header in the leg row you wish to edit, or on any colored tile (besides Flight Following) in the leg row you wish to edit to launch the edit leg modal.

Text Columns will display in the header of the edit leg modal under Trip Notes and Leg Notes boxes. Type your text and save. You may also return to edit text and the history (clock) will open the date/time/user stamp of all previous edits.

Note: Custom text fields are sortable, click on the column header to sort alphanumerically.
