The Horizon integration enables operators to request and manage various travel related services with minimal data entry. Users can instantly book services such as hotel rooms, rental cars delivered to the FBO, and commercial airline for positioning. You may also request catering and ground transportation, as well as notify the FBOs of arrivals/departures, service needs, etc. through FlightBridge from within the Horizon account. Confirmation details for service orders will flow back into your services notes in Horizon and be viewable on your trip sheets.

Activating the Integration
In order to activate the integration, please reach out to to FlightBridge Support to begin the setup process. Once account setup is complete, FlightBridge will assign a unique Operator Code.
An administrator in Horizon may activate the integration in the Integration Settings:
- Navigate to More>System>System Configuration and select Integrations from the left nav
- Scroll down to the FlightBridge section and select Edit
- Enter the Operator Code provided by FlightBridge
- Base URL and Base App URL will be set by default and do not need to be edited unless otherwise instructed by support
- Auto-Sync will be enabled by default and it is recommended to leave this setting activated
- Sync Orders and Process Deferred Messages will likely be removed as editable fields. They may be ignored during setup
- Save entries to activate

Note: Horizon will begin to sync only new or changed trips once the integration is active. You may force a sync making a trip change such as change a time on an upcoming leg by one minute and save.
Booking Services through Integration
Once integration is active and trips are syncing, users may access FlightBridge in one of two ways.
Direct login via email and password at www.flightbridge.com will allow a user to land on the upcoming trip listing and expand a trip to view all legs.
Deep Link from within Horizon allows users to launch the FlightBridge single trip without leaving the Horizon platform.
- Open Trip Details in Horizon
- Edit Trip>FlightBridge Order Services

- Select Add departure service or Add arrival service to book hotels, rental cars, catering, ground transportation and airport related services. Select Notify for the respective FBO Notification you wish to send to notify the FBO of your arrival/departure along with any services requests needed. Order Confirmation Details will sync back to the Services notes in Horizon. Return to Trip>Flights>Services in Horizon, where you will see the confirmation notes displaying on the corresponding trip leg. Order status will correspond to the status in FlightBridge and will update real time when a vendor confirms a service (such as catering, car service or FBO notification).

Make all order edits in FlightBridge, and the updates order details will auto sync back to the notes field in Horizon.
