MySky / SD PreFlight Integration - Operator Users

Operators using SD PreFlight as their scheduling software can now integrate with FlightBridge

The SD PreFlight to FlightBridge integration allows schedulers and crew members to book trip related services such as hotel and rental car bookings, catering and ground transportation, as well as notify the FBOs of arrivals/departures through FlightBridge.  The one way integration allows users to electronically book services with minimal data entry and confirmation details may be easily copied and pasted back into the notes fields in SD PreFlight.

In order to activate the integration, contact FlightBridge Support to provide the activation code to the SD PreFlight team. You will be notified when this is complete.

Schedule Auto Sync

SD PreFlight Users have the option to set an auto sync preference per tail. This setting will allow all new trips as well as trip changes to automatically sync with FlightBridge without manual action.

  1. From within SD PreFlight, select the Profiles List.

  2. There, users can enable the auto sync feature (or disable if necessary) as well as the option to select which tails are set with the auto sync feature.

Info: Enabling the auto sync feature allows SD PreFlight users to take advantage of helpful alerts that will auto generate in FlightBridge anytime a trip change is made in SD PreFlight that affects current bookings on the trip. Manual Trip Detail Submission

If your team wishes to have the auto sync feature turned off, each trip will need to be sent to FlightBridge manually and all subsequent trip changes in SD PreFlight will require a manual push to update the trip details in FlightBridge.

  1. From within the trip details, expand the dropdown menu, select integrations, and click FlightBridge.

  2. A trip status window will appear. Click Send Trip Details to initiate the data push to FlightBridge.

  3. Once completed, you will see a success message to indicate that trip updates have been pushed.

Please continue on to our Quick Start Guide for Operators - Overview of FlightBridge to begin booking your trip related services.

To easily retrieve booking confirmations from FlightBridge, you can access the leg notes summary from the trip listing to quickly copy and paste the details.
