FlightBridge Pricing for Aircraft Operators
The Essential version of FlightBridge for Operators is free to use and is best for individual operators, pilots, aircraft managers, and teams that don't use or require a flight scheduling system integration. It provides access to thousands of discounted hotels, the ability to book rental cars with FBO delivery, and allows you to easily notify FBOs and pre-arrange services. Plus, you'll earn loyalty points from your favorite hotel, rental car, and commercial airline brands on every booking. You also get free access to the FlightBridge mobile app, the best way to stay connected on the go.
For Operators who require integration with a scheduling system and other third-party systems, we offer FlightBridge Premium and FlightBridge Professional. These tiers provide access to 25+ flight scheduling system integrations, virtual cards with direct bill, custom views and checklists, and more. Pricing for Premium and Professional for Operators are based on scheduling system, booking volume, and fleet size, and may be waived entirely. Also, associations such as AOPA, CAA, and COPA provide discounted or complimentary access for their members.

FlightBridge Pricing for FBOs
The Essential version of FlightBridge for FBOs is free to use for FBOs who book 10 or more hotel nights and rental cars per month. It provides access to all the core capabilities of FlightBridge and is best for FBOs looking for a full concierge product or a booking tool that integrates with your invoicing concierge system. It allows FBOs to track arrivals and departures, confirm services, book hotels and rental cars with your own rates, display schedules on FlightBridge TV anywhere in your FBO, and add a reservation link to your website and elsewhere across the web.
For FBOs looking to take their operations to the next level, the Premium version for FBOs allows you to customize FlightBridge for your specific needs, and enjoy our full suite of capabilities. FlightBridge Premium for FBOs is best for FBOs looking to optimize their operations, elevate customer service, and effortlessly manage special events and high traffic. It includes Capacity Manager, customizable schedule views, customizable FlightBridge TV views, integrates with your internal systems, and includes advanced reporting. FlightBridge Premium For FBOs is $300/month per location, paid annually, with a multi-location discount available.
