What's New

• First release of Invoice and Expense modules. 
    - Invoice Receipts can now be generated for Enterprise Bookings. 
    - Ground Service and Catering Vendors can now create and send Invoices to customers upon      confirming a service.

• Ground Service Vendors received a major update to their accounts to increase functionality and make it easier to manage incoming requests. 

• When a user has not activated their account, the Welcome to FlightBridge email can now be resent by account administrators from the Edit User page.

• California Privacy Rights and Terms of Use links have been added to the footer of the website.

• Account Administrators have access to edit the Schedule Setup from within the Operator custom schedule screens.

• Access booking screens directly from the Schedule page under the new “Add Arrival Service” and “Add Departure Service” columns.

What's Fixed

• FBO Notification emails now display all Operator arranged services.

• Enhancements made to Outside Rental Bookings when an Operator sends an FBO arrival or departure notification.

For FBOs

• Requestor List within the Operator record is now sorted alphabetically by Last Name.

• Operator arranged orders will now flow into FBO Integrations.

• Standard notes are now able to be assigned to a specific airport for multi-airport locations. New addition of Company wide standard notes available for All Airport users. 

• Fuel Notes will no longer show the amount of 0.00 on Arrivals Daily View. 

For Operators

• Process of booking airport services on a leg that does not have an FBO selected has been corrected.
• Relaxed restrictions for TSA PreCheck / Known Traveler Numbers for Commercial Airline Bookings.
• Added logic to flight time calculator in Book Now FBO to mimic trip editor functionality.
