• FBO Notification will now show a standard 24 hour local time and UTC time.

• Marking a hotel as Preferred can now only be done by an Administrator.

For FBOs

• Custom Schedule now comes in two views; Normal Screen Width and Wide Screen Width.

•  Archived Trips can now be displayed on the Custom Schedule.

For Operators

• Links to hotel property details and driving directions were added to the Hotel Suggestion page.

• Send Calendar Entries For Orders checkbox will automatically be checked when a new Crew Traveler is created and an email is entered for them.

• Aircraft Home Base Airport Code can be added as a new column for Schedules.

• If hotel suggestions are skipped from the Hotel Suggestions page, the user will be prompted to give an explanation.

What's Fixed

• FBO Name now displaying on Ground Vendor orders when an order is placed by an FBO.

• Main Terminal Rental Car bookings have a more prominent display in the Rental Car Vendor Order Search page to alleviate confusion with FBO Deliveries.

• Corrections made to how the Average Per Night rate is displayed on multi-night hotel bookings.

• Formatting in Request Notes on catering orders will now transfer to the Catering Vendor.

For FBOs

• EDCT times will now display in the correct time zone within the Flight Following email.

• Hotel Suggestions page will now include Preferred Hotels that meet the company policy rules.
