For Operators

• The Air Known Traveler and Air Redress Numbers on the Traveler Profile and Commercial Air Booking screens have been improved to support all member number formats.

For Commercial Airline, the following functionality is now available when Voiding and Canceling an Airline Ticket operated by an ARC Carrier.

• The void button logic has been improved to better match the eligibility window to void a ticket.
• If the passenger has already checked in for the flight, the system will automatically clear the check-in status before voiding.
• In the rare occurrence that the ticket is not eligible to be voided, the system will automatically process it as a cancellation with no extra steps required by the user.
• New and improved on-screen guidance and information have been added throughout the void process.

For Commercial Airline, the following functionality is now available when Voiding and Canceling an Airline Ticket operated on a Non-ARC Carrier.

• At the time of booking, the user is informed of the ‘instant sell’ restrictions so they can make a more informed decision before purchasing. 
• The void button has been removed as these bookings cannot be voided through the GDS.
• The cancel button logic has been improved to better match the eligibility window for canceling these tickets.
• At the time of cancellation, the user is reminded of the ‘instant sell’ restrictions.

What's Fixed

• The list of credit cards to select when making a booking is now sorted alphabetically by first name. 

For FBOs

• Corrected the Checklist History and Alerts to show in local time as well as Zulu time. 

For Operators

• The Air Travel Confirmation Report has been fixed to display ‘Canceled’ instead of ‘Void Confirmed’ when the Commercial Airline order has been canceled.
• A bug was fixed to prevent duplicate airline bookings. 
• Credit card numbers will no longer be duplicated in the wallet when a new card is added from the Commercial Airline Review & Pay page.
