For FBOs

• An email will now be generated to the rental car branch when an outside rental car booking has been marked as Returned by the FBO.
• Added enhanced audit trail details for Rental Car booking history.

For Operators

• Virtual credit cards can now be created for outside hotel bookings. This can be activated by contacting FlightBridge Support.
• Commercial Airline:
  • The View Air Order page now displays the change and refund penalty details specific to the ticket booked.
  • Our new Commercial Air Change this reservation feature now allows bookings for Southwest-branded fares on exchanges.

What's Fixed

For Operators

• The Event History for rental car bookings has been restored.
• Self-service orders made on reservations will no longer show they are FBO Arranged, and can now be accessed from the FBO notification.
• Commercial Airline:
  • A minor bug corrupting some information has been fixed, so baggage details display accurately during exchanges using Commercial Air's new Change this reservation feature.
