Sending Reservation Details to your Customers - FBO Users

FBOs can easily communicate reservation details with their customers via FlightBridge

Sending reservation details to Operators via FlightBridge provides accurate and timely communication of reservation details and booking request confirmations. 

There are two different ways to send reservation details to the customer depending how the reservation was created: created by your FBO or by a linked FlightBridge Operator/Pilot account.


Reservations created by your FBO

  1.  Type a message into the "Remarks to Operator" section or click Add Standard Note and choose from the list to automatically display the standard message in the text field. You can still edit the text prior to sending. Once your note is entered, click .

Note: The recipient of the reservation details is the contact person associated with the reservation. Be sure to have a valid email address on-file. To add or edit an email address, click Edit next to Contact Info.

Linked trips that automatically flow onto your schedule

  1. On the Reservation screen, click .
