Sending reservation details to Operators via FlightBridge provides accurate and timely communication of reservation details and booking request confirmations.
There are two different ways to send reservation details to the customer depending how the reservation was created: created by your FBO or by a linked FlightBridge Operator/Pilot account.
Reservations created by your FBO
- Type a message into the "Remarks to Operator" section or click Add Standard Note and choose from the list to automatically display the standard message in the text field. You can still edit the text prior to sending. Once your note is entered, click .

- On the Reservation screen, click .
