Cancellation of Bookings - FBO Users

Efficiently cancel confirmed bookings with proof of cancellation for future reference

Follow the below steps to cancel a booking associated with a reservation or one made through "Book Now".

  1. Locate the reservation and click the associated confirmation number(s) of the booking(s) in need of cancellation.



  2. Ensure the checkbox is selected next to the customer name and verify correct reservation is selected.


  3. Select to continue to the final cancellation screen.

  4. Verify and review to ensure cancellation of correct booking(s) and select Yes.

Alert: Review the cancellation policy carefully to ensure it is outside of the penalty period to avoid incurring charges on the customer credit card. If the Bookings are within the penalty period, we suggest contacting the Hotel directly to discuss the possibility of waiving the associated charges.



  1. Booking(s) will display as Cancelled with associated Cancellation number(s).

  1. Access the Cancellation Booking details by clicking on the confirmation number listed within the reservation.


  2. Select the twistie ▶ icon to open up the display of cancelled bookings, and select the confirmation number again to open up the Booking Details.


  3. Cancelled booking details will display as well as the original confirmation number, payment method, rate information, cancellation policy and Request Details.
