Additional Basic Features - FBO Users

Additional features available for FBO CSRs to help navigate FlightBridge

Below is an overview of the many additional features and tools FlightBridge has available to FBO users.

View History 

Anywhere you see the clock icon within the reservation, you can select to see all modifications made to a reservation, by which team member and at what time.


Aircraft Tail Default Details

Store default details for a specific Tail #  from within the associated aircraft reservation. The defaults will remain for all future reservations for the specific Tail #.

Click on "Edit" to add or edit the stored defaults for the selected Tail #:

Callsign
Fuel Type
Aircraft Purpose
Home Base Airport
Tail Notes
Attach Files
Check the Mask TV Tail Number to activate the Custom Tail Number Field for FlightBridge TV display.


Reservation Archive

Completed Reservations can be set to Archive in order to remove them from the Reservation Schedule. Archived Reservations can always be searched and viewed for future reference.

Note: The ability to archive a reservation can be found on the Reservation Schedule and within the selected Reservation.


Internal Notes

Use the “Internal Notes” text box for any internal communication regarding the specific reservation. 


Aircraft Location

Click on the drop down to assign the aircraft a specific parking location on the FBO field.

Note: FBO Administrators can create FBO specific parking locations by clicking "Setup" on the blue menu bar, Aircraft Locations and Add New Location.


Reservation Cancelled

Select "Yes" to cancel the aircraft's reservation. This does not cancel any of the confirmed bookings within the reservation. The confirmed bookings must be cancelled through the confirmation number of the booking.

Watchlist

Click on the Watchlist for details of service requests that are still pending confirmation by the provider. Review and contact the provider if necessary and manually set the fulfillment status.


Mark Rental Car as Delivered and Notify Customer of Rental Delivery

Ability to mark car rentals as delivered and email the customer a notification that the rental has been delivered to the FBO.

From the Menu bar, select Reporting and Rental Car Deliveries. Then enter the start dates/times and select search.

Select enter your Name and select to mark car as delivered and automatically email notification of rental

delivery to the associated contact person selected within the reservation.



Book Now Buttons


Use the Book Now Buttons to check availability, pricing and book hotel rooms and rental cars with faster access.
