When you create a trip in your scheduling system, the FBO you select will be among the pertinent information that is sent through the integration to FlightBridge along with the trip ID.
- When you are ready to send your arrival notification to the FBO, you will click the “Notify FBO” button.
- If the name of the FBO does not match exactly with any of the FBOs listed in FlightBridge at this location, you will be directed to the FBO Mapping screen below. In this example, we see that the scheduling system names the FBO “APEX EJC” while it is named “Apex Executive Jet Center” in FlightBridge. We can deduce that this is the same FBO and therefore, we will select “Apex Executive Jet Center.” This will return you to the FBO Notification screen to start your notification.
- If you do not see any FBO in the list that matches the FBO you have selected on your trip, you can select to “Enter the FBO information manually.”
- You will be prompted to enter all of the necessary information about the FBO in order to send your notification. FBO Name and Email are required fields.
- As soon as you click “Add New FBO to FlightBridge” you will be returned to the FBO notification screen and you can send your notification.
- Once you map an FBO in FlightBridge it will remain mapped in the system, so you will not be directed to this page for this location again if you have the same FBO selected in your scheduling system. If you have selected an incorrect FBO in error, please reach out to our support team for assistance to correct the mapping error.
