Moving a Catering or Car Service Order - Operator Users

Operators can move a catering and car service order from an event or an active/canceled leg to another leg

Follow the steps in this article to move an existing catering or car service order from an event or an active/canceled leg to another leg on your schedule. Instances for moving a booking instead of cancelling and rebooking include trip changes such as a tail switch.

  1. Locate the order that you would like to move to another leg.

    From the Active and Upcoming Trips view: Click Edit under Actions or click on the confirmation number.


    From the Schedules view: Click Edit or click on the confirmation number.


  2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen, click on the gear icon and select Move service to another leg.


  3. A screen will appear listing all of the upcoming legs you can move the booking to. To narrow down the list, you can search by tail or trip number. Select the appropriate leg that you want to move the booking to and click .


Note: If you are removing the service from a cancelled leg, the cancelled leg will be removed from the trip once this is complete.
