Outside Bookings - Operator Users

Easily record details of a booking made via another source other than FlightBridge

Note: Outside bookings are supported for Hotel, Ground and Catering. The ability to record an outside Commercial Air booking is still in development. See instructions below for how to record outside Commercial Air bookings.

 

Outside bookings for Commercial Airline 

You can record an outside Commercial Air booking by selecting "Other" from the "Add service" drop down. 


Select "Commercial Airline" under "Service Type" and enter flight information in the fields and the notes section. 


The outside booking will appear on the trip leg with the "other" icon displayed.

You can open the order by clicking on the confirmation number:

Outside orders can also be viewed by going to Search Orders under the Requests Tab. Note that since outside orders for commercial air are created under the "Other" order type, you will need to select "Other" to find them.

To view all Commercial Airline bookings, you would simply select both Commercial Airline and Other.

Outside orders will be flagged as "Outside" above the Carrier name.
