Cancellation of Bookings - Operator Users

Efficiently cancel confirmed bookings with proof of cancellation for future reference

Follow the below steps to cancel a booking associated with a trip or one made through "Book Now".

  1. Locate the booking you wish to cancel and click the associated confirmation number or "Edit" to the right of the booking.

  2. Ensure the checkbox is selected next to the customer name and verify correct reservation is selected. You can cancel multiple bookings simultaneously.

  3. Select  to continue to the final cancellation screen.

  4. Verify and review to ensure cancellation of correct booking(s) and select Yes.

Alert: Review the cancellation policy carefully to ensure it is outside of the penalty period to avoid incurring charges on the customer credit card. If the Bookings are within the penalty period, we suggest contacting the Hotel directly to discuss the possibility of waiving the associated charges. 

  1. Booking(s) will display as Cancelled with associated Cancellation number(s).

An alert icon will appear informing you there are bookings associated with a cancelled or changed trip.

  1.  You can choose to cancel the booking or dismiss the alert. Caution: Selecting "Don't show again" will prevent all future alerts from appearing.

  2. To access the Request History, click on the confirmation number.

  3. Here you will find details regarding your original booking such as the Confirmation number, payment method, rate information, cancellation policy, and Request History.
