Marking a hotel as preferred

Info: The ability to mark a hotel as preferred is only accessible by Operator Users with Admin permissions.
To set a hotel property as preferred at a particular location, go to the hotel search page and follow the guide below.
Hide a Hotel from Search

Info: The ability to hide hotels from the searching listing is only accessible by Operator Users with Admin permissions.
- From the hotel search screen, locate the property that you wish to hide and click the drop down arrow.
- Select Always Hide this Hotel.
- A window will open where you may enter a reason for hiding the hotel. This is not required but strongly recommended.
- Click Hide this Hotel to confirm.
The hotel will immediately be hidden from the hotel list.
Unhide Hidden Hotels

Info: The ability to unhide hotels is only accessible by Operator Users with Admin permissions.
- Click setup to access the Setup Menu.
- Select Hidden Hotels.
- Find the property that you wish to restore and click Unhide.
- A confirmation window will appear, click Unhide to confirm.
The property will be restored to the hotel search page for future searches.
