Activating Your Account - Operator Users

Follow this guide to activate your FlightBridge account

Activating your Login ID

  1. You will receive an email with the subject line “Activate Your FlightBridge Account”

Note: If you didn’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder in case it inadvertently filtered into that folder. 

  1. Open the email and click the “Verify my Email Address” link to be directed to Step 2 of the User Registration where you can create a password.


  2. Enter your password twice to ensure there are no typos. Please be advised that the password is case sensitive.

Not Activated User IDs

Account Admins who have access to the Users listing may see a  label next to a User ID. This indicates that User has not yet activated their login and setup a password. To resend the "Welcome to FlightBridge" email to the User, follow these steps:

  1.  Click on the User with the "Not Activated" label.


  2. Click Resend Welcome Email within the User Properties screen.


  3. Select Send on the confirmation screen.



  4. The User will receive the “Welcome to FlightBridge'' email that will prompt them to activate their login and set up a password. If they don’t see the email in their inbox, they should check their spam/junk folder in case it inadvertently filtered into that folder.
