Reporting Options - Operator Users

Operator users can pull reports on services booked and download crew/pax profile details

Reports for Services Arranged

There are some simple reporting options in FlightBridge that you have access to anytime by selecting Requests > Search Orders from the menu bar.  

Once there, you can enter a date range and set filters by request type (multi select), Vendor Status and Airport location.  

Once your search returns the results you are looking for you can click Download to download the excel report. Additional fields will be included in the download report such as check in/out dates, room type, tail number and more. Also, any negotiated discount rates selected at time of booking will display on the downloaded report for your review.

Info: Pricing will be included in this file however, please keep in mind this is the quoted price at the time of booking. The quoted price does not include any incidentals or upgrades/changes made at check in or during the stay.

Download Passenger and Crew Profiles

An admin user on the account is able to download a file of Passenger and Crew details that are currently stored within FlightBridge. To do so, go to Setup > Traveler Profiles and select Download Pax and Crew.
