FBOs that receive FlexJet flights into their FBO are able to have their main schedule sync automatically with the most current flight updates from FlexJet. 

How the integration works….

• FlexJet provides FlightBridge with the most up-to-date flight reservations (with updates to tail numbers, times and services such as catering and ground transportation) for the FlexJet aircraft's scheduled into your FBO. 

• FlightBridge is able to auto-generate the scheduled flights and updates into your FlightBridge main concierge schedule.
  
  
• Each time a flight is scheduled or updated by FlexJet, the FlightBridge integration will flow the associated reservations onto your main concierge schedule screen and will display with the below identifiers:
  
  
  • The Linked Trip Icon will display on all reservations generated from the FlexJet integration.
    
    
  • Reservation will be highlighted  to indicate the reservation is new (or modified with updates) and will need to be reviewed. (Selection of the reservation will remove the yellow highlight since the reservation is then considered reviewed).
