TRAQPak Integration - FBO Users

FBOs that have a TRAQPak subscription can activate the integration with FlightBridge

FBOs that have an active subscription to the TRAQPak will be able to utilize the TRAQPak/FlightBridge integration at no cost.

How the integration works….

  • TRAQPak will link with existing FlightBridge reservations as long as the FlightBridge reservation Tail Number OR Callsign matches what is listed in TRAQPak.

Delete

Note: If Callsign is being utilized for an aircraft in the TRAQPak, the FlightBridge user will need to add the assigned Callsign to the “Aircraft Tail Edit” Callsign field for the associated Tail. Once this Callsign is stored for a specific Tail, the TRAQPak system will link with that Tail for current and future FlightBridge reservations.

  • Once TRAQPak  links with the existing FlightBridge reservation, the updates to the ETA, ETD, ATA and ATD will begin to display for the associated aircraft.

  • What to expect when the TRAQPak link displays with the associated FlightBridge reservation:
    • The date/time column on the main schedule screen will then display in italics.
    • Hover over the date/time in italics to see a pop-up box advising the previous and most current update of ETA, ETD, ATA or ATD from TRAQPak.
    • Open the FlightBridge reservation to see the display of the TRAQPak ETA, ETD, ATA or ATD in the area between the Pull Up Time and Reservation Archived.

  • When the TRAQPak Tail goes enroute, the linked associated Flightbridge reservation will automatically be marked as “Inbound” on the opened FlightBridge reservation. When an aircraft is marked as “Inbound,” the associated Arrival icon, date/time, trip purpose, A/c Tail and  Type will display in purple on the main schedule screen.

  • When available, TRAQPak will automatically fill in the “Arriving from Airport” and “Departing to Airport” field within the opened associated FlightBridge reservation as well as displaying the estimated fuel burn within the FlightBridge reservation Fuel checklist item.

  • FlightBridge TV will also display the TRAQPak updates and A/c status with the associated FlightBridge reservation.

  • FlightBridge Reservations linked with the associated Tail number in TRAQPak will have the TRAQPak updates made to the reservation listed in the reservation history.

  • Disconnection of TRAQPak updates for a particular reservation is available by opening the FlightBridge associated reservation and selecting the “X” to disconnect/delete the flight following data.

  • TRAQPak has 2 way integration with FlightBridge. When a FlightBridge reservation is linked with TRAQPak, you will see a “FlightBridge icon” within the FB column on TRAQPak. This symbol represents that the reservation is linked with the associated TRAQPak tail and will allow the TRAQPak user to select and open the associated FlightBridge reservation from within TRAQPak.
