Activation and Support

To activate the FlightBridge/TotalFBO integration, please contact FlightBridge Support to request the credentials needed for activation within TotalFBO.

For technical support within TotalFBO, please contact by email at support@campsoftwareinc.com or via phone 1-844-286-5992 option 1

Once credentials have been provided by FlightBridge, please follow the below steps within TotalFBO to complete the activation process.

The first step is to find the Batch Schedule and set it up. This is done at Utilities> Customization>Update Batch Schedule. To schedule a new batch operation , click the Insert button, then select FlightBridge Sync from the drop down window. Once the FlightBridge Sync has been selected, Tab 2 should appear at the top of the window. You can name the operation (FlightBridge Batch) and then fill in the other windows that will tell the batch program when to run and how often.

If the batch program is going to run indefinitely, there is no need to put an End Date or End Time.

The next step is to enter the credentials (provided by FlightBridge) on Tab 2 so that TotalFBO can communicate with FlightBridge. Once credentials have been entered, please use the “Test Connect” button to test if the connection was successful.

Once tabs 1 and 2 have been filled in correctly, the last step is to start the Batch Schedule and let it run. In the TotalFBO Home Directory, locate the file labeled TFBOBatch.exe. Double click on this file to then select the database for the FlightBridge information to be imported. This Batch Schedule should run on a machine that is not already running TotalFBO, preferably the batch program should run on the server.
