Avianis Integration - Operator Users

Operators using Avianis as their scheduling software can activate the integration with FlightBridge

Follow the steps below to easily book hotels, rental cars, catering, ground transportation and notify FBOs from within the Avianis user interface.

Note:  You can use your direct login to FlightBridge to access account features such as booking history, reports, traveler profiles and additional company settings. Please contact your company administrator or FlightBridge Support for information regarding direct access logins and setup.

  1. Start by logging into your Avianis account.

  2. Find and open the trip that you wish to book services on. Within the trip, click on the Services tab and select Add New>FlightBridge. You may also select FlightBridge as the source on a particular order to launch the booking screen. If you do not see the FlightBridge option in your account, reach out to an Avianis support representative to enable the integration.

Note: If this is the first time you have used FlightBridge in Avianis, it will ask you whether you are an existing FlightBridge customer or need to register for a new account. Select existing customer and enter the four-digit operator code (provided by FlightBridge support) and click Save.

Once your account is created, you can set up the email address where your operation wants to receive confirmations. This is accessed by clicking the Setup tab (gear icon) within the service and selecting My Contact Info . A group email address can be added under contact email and that is where confirmations will be sent for all email generated orders such as catering, car service, and FBO notifications.

  1. The tab will expand to open the trip within FlightBridge. Select Add departure service or Add arrival service depending on the service you wish to book or click Notify FBO on the desired flight leg.

  2. Upon completion of a booking, you will see the confirmation within FlightBridge as well as on your services tab in Avianis. Confirmations will also be visible on your crew itinerary.

  3. To make changes or cancellations, select the blue Edit button to access the reservation details and check the box next to the reservation to open the options for updating.

  4. All functionality of booking services is the same as booking directly through FlightBridge. For details on service bookings, please reference our Quick Start Guide for Operators - Overview of FlightBridge.
