Airplane Manager Integration - Operator Users

Operators using Airplane Manager as their scheduling software can activate the integration with FlightBridge

FlightBridge can integrate with Airplane Manager so arrangements can be easily updated when trip changes occur. FlightBridge creates a seamless flow of information to enhance your productivity.

In order to activate the Airplane Manager / FlightBridge two-way integration please follow the steps below.

Alert: An Operator code is required and will be provided to the client by a FlightBridge Support team member.  If the code has been provided to you, the configuration within the FlightBridge account has already been completed.

  1. Once you receive an Operator code open Airplane Manager. Please note the operator code may have more than 3 characters.
  2. Go to Settings > FlightBridge and then enter the operator code in the text box.
  3. After you save, you should refresh your browser so you have a fresh session.

For trips created prior to enabling FlightBridge, you will need to manually turn on FlightBridge exports for those trips. You can achieve this by:

  1. Navigate to the desired trip on the calendar.
  2. Below the legs there is an additional options panel. Click the "Permissions" tab.
  3. On the permissions panel, check "FlightBridge" under the third party applications.
  4. Make a small modification to any part of the trip (e.g. refresh the flight time for any leg) and the data will start exporting.

After that, flights that have FlightBridge enabled will see the additional (read-only) FlightBridge notes in their "notes" section for each leg where bookings have been made (example below).
