The FL3XX integration with FlightBridge enables operators to request and manage various travel related services with minimal data entry. Users can coordinate services such as hotel rooms, rental cars, catering, ground transportation as well as notify the FBOs of arrivals/departures, service needs, etc. through FlightBridge from within the FL3XX account. Confirmation details for service orders will flow back into your service notes in FL3XX and be viewable on your trip sheets as well as in the Crew app.
Activating the Integration
In order to activate the integration, please reach out to to FlightBridge Support to begin the setup process. Once account setup is complete, FlightBridge will assign a unique Operator Code.
An administrator in FL3XX may activate the integration in the Operator Admin Settings:
- Select Integrations
- Scroll down and select FlightBridge to expand
- Check the box to Enable FlightBridge Integration to push trip details from FL3XX to FlightBridge
- Check the box to Auto confirm services by FlighBridge if you want the order status in FlightBridge to automatically update the DO,REQ,OK status in FL3XX
- Add the company code that we have provided.
- Add the FlightBridge Web Url https://www.flightbridge.com/
- Check the Pull services from FlightBridge box to enable the 2-way integration for order confirmation details to flow back into the notes fields in FL3XX.

Booking Services through Integration
Order details will sync back to FL3XX and statuses will auto update. Below is an example of a catering order created within FlightBridge.
Select Add departure service or Add arrival service to book hotels, rental cars, catering, ground transportation and airport related services. Select Notify for the respective FBO Notification you wish to send to notify the FBO of your arrival/departure along with any services requests needed. Order statuses will auto update the status in FL3XX if you have this setting enabled in the administrator settings. When an email generated order is requested, it will show yellow REQ and then green OK once confirmed or gray CNL if the order is cancelled.
FL3XX Users can also contact FL3XX Support and request integration. Once activated, admin users can switch on the integration in Company Settings/FlightBridge with FL3XX.
