FOS Integration - Operator Users

Operators using FOS as their scheduling software can activate the integration with FlightBridge

The FOS to FlightBridge integration allows schedulers to seamlessly arrange trip logistics with limited data entry. Aircraft and Itinerary data from FOS is automatically used to initiate electronic bookings so that Tail Numbers, Airport Codes, FBO Names, dates and times don't have to be re-keyed. Booking confirmations are organized in FlightBridge for easy access and can be modified or cancelled with a few clicks.

Confirmation details will flow back into your service notes in FOS and be viewable on your trip sheets. Service statuses in FOS will update automatically when a booking is completed in FlightBridge.  User defined notes fields in FOS can be made to match custom checklist items in FlightBridge.

Get the most out of the FOS to FlightBridge integration by utilizing our Advanced Features

Info: The type of information shared through the FOS integration is customizable within your company configuration.  For example, some flight departments may want their crew and passenger profile information to be automatically imported from the FOS profile into the FlightBridge profile, while others may want to manually enter and store only certain pieces of information.  You may also wish to set data filters on hold legs or trip types to suppress them from transferring.  These settings are configurable by request.

In order to activate the integration, please reach out to to FlightBridge Support to begin the setup process.  Our team will then work directly with your hosting provider to complete the activation.
