The Veryon (formerly Flightdocs) integration with FlightBridge enables operators to request and manage various travel related services with minimal data entry. Users can coordinate services such as hotel rooms, rental cars, catering, ground transportation as well as notify the FBOs of arrivals/departures, service needs, etc. through FlightBridge. The one way integration allows users to electronically book services with minimal data entry and confirmation details may be easily copied and pasted back into the notes fields in Veryon.
In order to activate the integration, please reach out to to FlightBridge Support to begin the setup process. Once account setup is complete, FlightBridge will assign a unique Operator Code.
An administrator may activate the integration from within the Veryon account by navigating to Ops System Settings>Integrations>FlightBridge then enter the operator code and click Save.
You will see a green checkmark and a confirmation that the code has been configured.
Once the integration is activated, each new trip scheduled and updates made to scheduled trips will automatically sync details into your FlightBridge account. You may access your trips in FlightBridge by logging in directly at https://www.flightbridge.com/Account/LogIn or by launching the trip directly from within Veryon:
Via the drop down menu by selecting "View in FlightBridge"
Or, by clicking the FlightBridge button in the trip planning tab.
You may also view the status of the latest sync to FlightBridge under the Activity tab.
Currently, FBO selection will take place within Veryon or FlightBridge prior to arranging services.
In Veryon, start from the Trip Planning tab of the trip details page. Click the plus sign to open options, select Vendor, select the FBO vendor for arrival and/or departure, then Save.
In FlightBridge, click the Select FBO link to open the selection page, select and save.
