Accessing FlightBridge via Safari

FlightBridge Users accessing the site via an integration may need to adjust certain settings on their Safari web browser

Integration with FlightBridge uses third party cookies and other settings. These must be toggled accordingly to ensure the Safari browser can work seamlessly with the service integration. If you are having trouble accessing FlightBridge or navigating certain features when using Safari as your web browser, we suggest taking the following steps:

iPad

  1. Close the app and the Safari browser (ensure the session has ended).
  2. Open your device's Settings and click on Safari.
  3. In the section on the right, make sure that Block Pop-ups, Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and Block All Cookies are toggled "Off".

  4. Try to access the integration again after the settings take effect in a new browser session.
