How to auto-generate confirmation emails to the traveler when booking a service

You can auto-generate confirmation emails to the traveler for all booking types. 

At Time of Booking

Check the box next to the calendar icon  to set the preference for the traveler.  This setting can be found on any service booking type and the setting will be stored to the profile for all future bookings.

You will be prompted to enter an email address if one is not already on file for the traveler and it will then be stored to the profile for future booking confirmation emails.

From the Traveler Profile

In an FBO account, this setting can be managed by an administrator in the crew or passenger profile from the Setup Menu by going to Operators > select the Operator > select the traveler from the Pax/Crew list. Within the Traveler Preferences tab, select or unselect the Send Calendar Entries for Orders setting. 

In an Operator account, this setting can be managed by an administrator or the traveler themselves if they have a login to the FlightBridge account linked with their User ID. 

  • Administrators can go to Setup > Traveler Profiles on the blue menu bar. Then click on the traveler and within the Traveler Preferences tab, select or unselect the Send Calendar Entries for Orders setting. 
  • Travelers can go to Setup > My Account > Traveler Preferences tab and select or unselect the Send Calendar Entries for Orders setting.  

Disabling "Send Calendar Entry" Emails

The Send Calendar Entry feature can be turned off for an individual traveler from within their traveler profile or deactivated for the entire Company. To deactivate Company wide, an account administrator may go to Setup > Company Preferences, select "None" from the dropdown and click Save Preferences on the bottom right.
