Search Bookings and Orders
You can lookup previous and future bookings, orders, and FBO notifications by selecting Requests > Search Orders from the menu bar.
On the Search Orders screen, you can filter by:
- Date Range
- Order Type (multi-select option)
- Vendor Status (multi-select option)
- Airport
Note: Longer date parameters may require adjusting the search time frame to monthly or quarterly segments, depending on the number of bookings being returned.
Click Search to view the results.
Once you have filtered by the desired search criteria, you can type in a traveler's name or other data in the Find in results field. As you type, the options that do not contain matching data will filter out automatically.
Click on a booking, order or notification to view the details and request history.
Download Orders
Once your search returns the results you are looking for, you can click on 
at the top right of the screen to download a .csv report. Additional fields will be included in the download report such as check in/out dates, room type, tail number and more. Also, any negotiated discount rates selected at time of booking will display on the downloaded report for your review.
