Invoices and Receipts for Services

This article is for Operators and Crew members who need to obtain an invoice or receipt for services arranged

Regarding invoices and final billing, FlightBridge does not process charges for any of the bookings confirmed in our system; the billing is done directly with the vendor. Should you need a receipt for a reservation made through FlightBridge, we suggest contacting the service provider directly as their final invoice will include the original booking amount plus any incidental charges that you might have incurred.

When loyalty information is added at the time of booking, this links the reservation into the loyalty account and receipts may be obtained through your usual process of accessing the app, online account, or in person with the vendor at the time of hotel checkout, rental car return, etc.
