National Emerald Club Membership

Adding an EMC loyalty number to the Traveler's booking to ensure FBO delivery

Some Enterprise/National/Exotic Branches require a valid National Emerald Club number for FBO delivery. This Branch requirement will be noted with a "Location Note" and a message will appear advising the User.

Info: Enterprise Plus is different from the National Emerald Club program. A valid National Emerald account has 8 or 9 numeric digits. In many cases, EHI requires an Emerald Club Number instead of a Plus number, even for Enterprise bookings.

To sign up for the National Emerald Club program, please visit our partner's website: https://www.nationalcar.com/en/emerald-club.html

Please note: The first time a traveler rents a vehicle with their EMC, they will be required to verify their identity by providing a driver's license and credit card to the FBO and/or Branch staff.

FlightBridge will store the Emerald Club number to the Traveler's profile for future bookings and it will appear automatically once the Traveler is selected from the Driver dropdown.

Customer Loyalty Account Alert

You will see an alert message appear if the Driver's name does not match the name associated with the customer loyalty account.

To modify the name of the Driver on an existing booking, ensure the box is checked next to the Driver and click Modify Reservation.

Update the Driver's name, reselect the Vehicle Type and click Save to confirm.

The alert message will not longer appear once the Driver's name is correctly associated with the customer loyalty account.
