What Can I Do in the FlightBridge Mobile App?

A quick comparison of what can be done in the mobile app vs. the web app

The initial version of the FlightBridge mobile app is designed for crew members, private pilots, aircraft owners, and travel planners.

For schedulers, administrators, and FBOs and other service providers, the web app remains the best way to use FlightBridge.

Here are some things users can do in the FlightBridge mobile app:

  • View your trip schedule and bookings at a glance
  • Filter trips by person's name, date range, tail number or aircraft type, airport code, and more
  • Create a new single or multi-leg trip (with or without services)
  • Create and edit FBO notifications
  • Book, change, or cancel a rental car reservation
  • Book, change, or cancel a hotel reservation
  • Book, change, or cancel a commercial airline ticket
  • Quickly access traveler profile information such as payment methods, loyalty information, aircraft, and more
  • Get real-time notifications of trip changes
  • Enjoy offline access to your trip dashboard

The mobile app contains much of the same functionality of our web app, but some advanced functionality is only available via the web app.

Here are some things that can only be done in the web version of FlightBridge:

  • Access and edit custom schedules and checklists
  • Adjust advanced company settings
  • Perform administrator-only actions like hiding hotels and adjusting policy rules
  • View and edit trip details for different crew members within the same company account
  • Adjust scheduling system integration settings
  • Create or edit templated notes

Users with an existing account can download the app and log in with their existing FlightBridge credentials. New users can create an account through the app, or create an account on flightbridge.com and then log in to the app after their account has been activated.
