For Operators

• A new Commercial Air Order Status called Never Ticketed has been introduced. This will help users distinguish between Canceled or Completed orders where no charge was ever made to the credit card. Orders in Never Ticketed status will not have an Airline Ticket Receipt and instead will display a disclaimer explaining that no charge occurred. 

What's Fixed

• Enhancements were made to the Hotel Room Selection and Payment page to prevent failed calls for availability from displaying a “no rooms available” message.

For Operators

• The accuracy of the Manage Your Reservation link to the Airline from the Commercial Air Order page has been enhanced in situations where multiple carriers operate the flight.
• Enhancements were made to the Go Back button that displays on the error page when an error is encountered during the Commercial Air booking process. This will allow users to retain their original search criteria without re-entering them.
