For Operators

• The Commercial Airline booking suite is now more informative and user-friendly. Enhancements to the display and functionality include:
  • The Airline Confirmation email sent to the booker and traveler now includes more useful information including the Traveler name, confirmation number, and the full itinerary instead of just the first flight for round-trip bookings. 
  • The receipt will now include additional passenger information, itinerary details, fair and credit information, and tax breakdown.
  • The status of “Ticketed” is visible from the Search Orders and Trip Listings pages to make it easier to track orders as they transition from Confirmed/Not Ticketed to Ticketed.
  • The status of “Review Required” is visible from the Search Orders page to make it easier to detect ticketing delays due to declined credit cards.

• Crew users who are limited to viewing trips they are crewed on will now see all legs of trips created via Book Now FBO.
• Users no longer need to provide both a departure and arrival airport to create a Book Now FBO Notification.
