Viewing Unused Ticket Credits at time of booking

While on the Flight Results screen, an icon will appear next to the airline on which the traveler has unused credits available.

Users can expand the banner at the top of the screen to see a full list of available credits for the selected traveler as well.

Applying Unused Ticket Credits

  1. To apply an unused ticket credit, proceed with booking a new flight operated by the airline on which the traveler has unused credits available.

  2. Review the Airline Credits section on the "Review and Pay" screen. Select the checkbox next to the credit(s) you wish to apply to the new airline booking.

  3. Click Complete Booking to finalize.

  4. The FlightBridge Support Team will assist in applying your credit and reticketing the flight. An agent will advise of even exchange or fare differential to be charged to the card on file.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact FlightBridge Support at support@flightbridge.com or by calling (404) 835-5600. For urgent assistance after hours, you will be given an option to be connected with our contracted agency, Travel Leaders.

  • Provide your new itinerary confirmation number and unused ticket information that you would like to apply.  Ticket Number and PNR/Agency Locator are needed for successful exchange. These can be found on the Unused Ticket Information email sent by FlightBridge Support.

Please keep in mind the following:

  • Airline change fees may apply. The agent will inform you of any fees prior to redeeming the ticket.
  • Agent assistance and/or after-hours fees may apply.
  • Unused tickets are generally non-transferrable and can only be used by the same traveler and same airline as the original ticket. Other restrictions may apply.
  • Credit must be applied within 24 hours of the new itinerary ticketing and must be prior to the departure of the flight.
  • Applied credits are only voidable on the day that they are applied.
  • Unused Ticket value overages may be forfeit depending on individual Airline credit policies.
