Use the "Crew Activity" module from the Requests menu to determine when crew members need to reposition via commercial air to or from scheduled trips.
Enter a date to search and allow booking status to default to Airline Needed Only, or select show all to see activity for all crew on the selected date.
Positioning to next flight duty is indicated by the blue takeoff airplane icon and positioning from duty flights are indicated by yellow arrival airplane icons.
Click the Book Airline buttons to begin booking.
