Mark as Delivered - GDS Rental Car Users

Rental Car Managers may mark rentals as delivered to the FBO from their logged in FlightBridge account

To access your FlightBridge orders, you must first be set up with an account login.  Contact FlightBridge Support for assistance with creating your account.  Once added, you will receive a Welcome to FlightBridge email with a link to set your password and access the account.

When logged in, you will land on the Orders Search page which default to showing all Avis orders sorted by date.

  1. Use the filter options at the top to search a specific date range, search by airport and hide orders in a certain status, then click Search to apply your filter selections.
  2. You may also choose to search by a specific Operator, FBO, driver or confirmation code in the find in results search box.
  3. The search results are sorted by date / time with most recent first.  Click the drop down to choose from other sort by options including airport, driver, requestor or status.
  4. To make updates to the order, click View Details.
      

    From here, you may Mark as Delivered, make order Updates or access the reservation history. Marking as Delivered or Updating will open an additional window where you may edit details, edit your name or add notes and then save the status update.


    Once the car is marked as delivered, it will show the updated status in the operator or FBO account and added notes will show in the order details.
