Manually edit the status of an email generated order when you confirm with the vendor outside of FlightBridge

Email generated orders, including catering and ground transportation, will go through fulfillment statuses from pending to requested to viewed to acknowledged or confirmed.  The final status of acknowledged or confirmed should be set by the vendor who receives and confirms the order.  There may be times that a confirmation is completed via phone or email with the vendor outside of FlightBridge and you wish to manually update the status.

Update status from Watchlist

  1. From the Reservation/Schedule Board, click the Watchlist button in the menu bar to open the Watchlist Details box.


  2. Locate the order you wish to update and click on the status under Fulfillment Status to open the drop down menu.  

     
  3. Select "Confirmed" then enter notes, name and quote amount as desired and save to complete the update.

     
  4. The item will disappear from your watchlist and the order will show status confirmed on your reservation.


Update status from Edit Order

  1. Open the reservation and click the edit button under Actions to open the catering order details.



  2. Scroll down to the request information and click the Change Fulfillment Status button, then select the updated confirmed status. Confirmed, then 

     
  3. Enter additional details such as confirmation  number, notes, name and quote amount as desired and save to complete the update.
