Creating a New Reservation - FBO Users

Use this guide to quickly create an aircraft reservation for your FBO

This guide shows how to create a aircraft reservation with minimal entry of reservation details.

  1. On the main Schedule Screen, select  from the menu bar to create a new aircraft reservation.

  2. Enter the Customer's Tail # within the Reservation Operator Data screen, and select from a drop down listing of previously saved Operators associated with the Tail #.

    Note: Select the "Tail # - Other Operator……." to begin entry of a New Operator account




  3. If Tail # does not generate a drop down listing of previously saved Operator Accounts associated, enter applicable fields with account details for the new operator and select 



  4.  Complete the below fields within the reservation screen for minimal entry of reservation details.
  • Operator Type - Select "Transient" or "Based" accordingly for the associated aircraft operation type.
    • "Transient" selection sorts the from Arrival to Departure
    • "Based" selection sorts from Departure to Arrival
  • Arrival / Departure Date and Times - Utilize the calendar for quick selection of Arrival / Departure Dates, and enter military time accordingly if ETA and/or ETD is known.  
  • Contact person - Select the existing Contact person, or create new with the selection of "New Contact Person"

  1. Review and select the appropriate service checklist options per the Customer’s requests.

  2. Select the appropriate action to  the reservation and remain on the reservation screen to begin a service booking, to save the reservation and return to the reservation schedule or to discard.
