Traveler loyalty information can be stored in a profile at the time of booking, within the crew profile by a crew member, or by an administrator.  A crew member with a user account may access their own profile to add/edit/delete loyalty information or an account administrator may update the crew profile on their behalf from the pax/crew listing.

Add Loyalty Number upon Booking Completion

The most common way to store loyalty information to a crew or passenger profile is for the user to enter it at the time of booking for a hotel, rental car, or airline reservation. Upon completion of booking, the loyalty number will be automatically stored in the profile and will automatically populate the next time you book that brand for that traveler.

Crew members who have their own FlightBridge user logins may update their own loyalty numbers from their crew profiles. To access, go to Setup > My Account and then select Traveler Preferences or the Loyalty Programs banner.

Select the Add Loyalty Program button to open the data entry window for each program number you wish to store, or type in the value.

Select the program from the list, then enter the loyalty number and click Ok.

Once you have finished entering or editing all of the program numbers on the page, remember to click the Save button before exiting the Traveler Preferences screen.

Via Mobile App

Crew members with direct login credentials can access the FlightBridge Mobile App to add or edit their traveler profiles. Follow the steps below to update your profile information.

Administrator Updates Loyalty Number

Administrators can add/edit/delete crew and passenger loyalty information from Setup > Traveler Profiles.

Use the search fields to locate the traveler in the list, then select them.

From within the traveler profile, select the Traveler Preferences tab.

Select the Add Loyalty Program button to open the data entry window for each program number you wish to store, or type in the value.

Select the program from the list, then enter the loyalty number and click Ok.

Once you have finished entering or editing all of the program numbers on the page, remember to click the Save button before exiting the Traveler Preferences screen.
