FBOs that receive NetJets and EJM flights into their FBO are able to have their main schedule sync automatically with the most current flight updates from their NetJets Logistic report.
How the integration works….
- NetJets has a Logistic report they send out to each FBO at specific time intervals. The Logistic report contains the most up-to-date flight reservations (with updates to tail numbers, times and services such as catering and ground transportation) for the NetJets and EJM aircrafts scheduled into your FBO.
Note: If your FBO is not currently setup to receive this report, let us know and we'll be happy to coordinate setup with the NetJets FBO team
- FlightBridge has the ability utilize the NetJets logistic report emails to auto-generate the scheduled flights and updates into your FlightBridge main concierge schedule. Basically, everything that is listed on the logistic reports will flow onto the FlightBridge main reservation screen.
- Each time a new report is generated by NetJets, the FlightBridge integration will flow the associated reservations listed on your NetJets Logistic Report onto your main concierge schedule screen and will display with the below identifiers:
- The Linked Trip Icon will display on all reservations generated from the NetJets Logistic Report integration.
- The Linked Trip Icon will display on all reservations generated from the NetJets Logistic Report integration.
- Reservation will be highlighted to indicate the reservation is new (or modified with updates) and will need to be reviewed. (Selection of the reservation will remove the yellow highlight since the reservation is then considered reviewed).
- With the current Logistic Report integration, the associated FlightBridge reservation “Respond to Operator" button, is not set to send messages to a monitored NetJets inbox. Should any questions arise regarding a NetJets reservation, the best practice is to email NetJets at fbo@netjets.com.
