Confirmation Notes and Details - Operator Users

Access confirmation details after completion of booking services

There are several ways to access service booking confirmation details after confirmations are completed.  Users can access all booking details within FlightBridge at any time regardless of the user who completed the booking.  Locate the trip or event in the trip listing and click the confirmation number, or locate the booking from within the Find Requests tab. The details below describe how to generate confirmation details at the time of booking or extract notes in reports after booking is completed.

Email Confirmation to the Traveler

Email confirmations may be generated to the traveler by checking the calendar icon at the time of booking. This will become a preference setting so that each time you book a service for this traveler going forward, the confirmation email will be auto generated unless the box is unchecked on a subsequent booking. You will be prompted to add and store the email address if one does not already exist on the profile.

The calendar setting may also be added or adjusted within the traveler profile at any time by an administrator on the account.

Scheduling System Notes / Leg Notes

For accounts that are integrated with a scheduling system, the service confirmation details will automatically flow back into the notes fields in the scheduling system and be viewable on the trip sheet.  For non-integrated accounts, you can access the leg notes summary  from the trip listing to quickly copy and paste the notes.

Download Confirmation Sheet

PDF versions of booking confirmations are also available for download.  Click the confirmation number of your hotel, rental car or commercial air booking to open that module.  Select each booking, then click Download Confirmation Report to generate the PDF report.

You can generate trip sheets from the trip listing to be printed or emailed.  Click actions and select from the print or download options to generate the report.
