Search for Trips by Date - Operator Users

Operator Users can search for trips by date outside of the defined default date ranges

Default Date Ranges can be set by administrators on the Trip Listing as well as Schedules Views.  Individual users can adjust date ranges to find past or upcoming trips outside of the default date ranges.

Trip Listing Date Range

The active and upcoming trip listing will default to a date range of 90 days beginning "Now" or the current day and time.  You can manually adjust your trip listing date forward or back to display past or future trips by adjusting the from and to dates in the filter settings above your Active and Upcoming Trips list.

Account Administrators can adjust the default date range by going to Setup > Company Preferences and adjusting the Trip Search Date Range.  This allows you to display a manageable number of days for your team based on the intensity of your schedule.

Schedule View Date Range

Each custom schedule view will have a default date range of 90 days upon creation.  Administrators on the account can adjust default date ranges by going to Setup > Schedules Setup then selecting the appropriate schedule.

Once in the edit screen, you can adjust the default filter by hours or days, then click Save.

Alert: If you set a default for hours forward or days forward, you will also have to set the corresponding hours backward or days backward or you will receive and error upon save. You may only set one filter - either by hours OR by days.

All users may choose to adjust the date range in order to view legs scheduled outside of the default hours or days defined for the schedule view.  Click the Search for Legs Arrow to expand the search criteria box.  Enter the date range you wish to view, then click Search.
