The Avinode Trip Manager / FlightBridge integration allows trip info to auto-populate from Avinode Trip Manager into FlightBridge. Booking confirmation details on services booked within FlightBridge will then auto-populate back into Avinode Trip Manager. You and your team will no longer need to cut and paste data between systems which means less errors and increased efficiency.  

In order to activate the Avinode Trip Manager / FlightBridge integration please follow the steps below.

1. Once you receive the 3 letter Operator code, open Avinode Trip Manager .
2. Proceed to Company > Settings > Integrations page.
3. Once this is selected, new fields will be exposed, one of which is the Operator Code.
    
   
   
4. Once a valid Operator Code has been entered, the page can be saved. The company's scheduled trips should sync in real time, and the Last Trip Sync time will be displayed.
   
   
   
   

Trip Data Passed from Avinode Trip Manager to FlightBridge

After the Integration has been successfully enabled, all current and future trips should sync automatically from Avinode Trip Manager to FlightBridge. Changes to these trips in Avinode Trip Manager will also sync across to the FlightBridge.

Logistics data: FBO vendor will be the only Logistics info we are passing to FlightBridge. This will be sent if the fields are populated in Avinode Trip Manager.

Crew/PAX: The Crew and PAX names, basic contact information, and the unique IDs will be passed with with every trip that syncs.

FlightBridge Deep Link

Users can navigate to FlightBridge from Avinode Trip Manager by clicking on the deep link found within Detail for trip → the Logistics tab → expand a leg. A new tab will open the link and upon redirect, they will be required to authenticate in FlightBridge.
