Flight Trak Integration - Operator Users

Operators using Flight Trak for scheduling can activate the integration with FlightBridge

The Flight Trak integration with FlightBridge enables operators to book and manage travel related services with minimal data entry. Users can coordinate services such as hotel rooms, rental cars, catering, ground transportation, as well as notify the FBOs of arrivals/departures and service needs through FlightBridge. Confirmation details will flow back into your leg notes in Flight Trak. 

  1. Create trips in Flight Trak and trip details will be automatically pushed to FlightBridge.  Each time a trip or leg edit is saved, updated trip data will be passed through the integration to FlightBridge.


  2. Log into your FlightBridge account at www.flightbridge.com with your email address and password to begin booking services on your trips.  Select Add departure service or Add arrival service to book hotels, rental cars, catering, ground transportation and airport related services. Select Notify for the respective FBO Notification you wish to send to notify the FBO of your arrival/departure along with any services requests needed.   3. Order confirmation details will sync back to Flight Trak and display in the C&P notes field under the leg messages.
     


In order to activate the integration, please reach out to to FlightBridge Support to begin the setup process. Once account setup is complete, FlightBridge will communicate a unique 3-digit Operator Code to the Flight Trak team to activate the integration.  Once active, new and updated trips will begin to flow through the integration from Flight Trak to FlightBridge.
